Update – at last night’s school board meeting, the school board went into executive session to discuss our proposal. We were notified the district wants to meet at the bargaining table Tuesday August 2nd at 4pm. We are hopeful returning sooner than August 23rd that this will be good news. This will be live on Facebook and on Zoom. If you are able to attend, it will be held at the District Office.
SHOUT OUT to Stephanie Jesse and Billy Connor for speaking at last night school board meeting. Their words were penetrating to the board. We are organized. SHOUT OUT to Kim Bernhart and Stephanie Jesse for making calls to our members to get them engaged by calling and emailing board members. For the board to ask us back to the table, it shows your efforts are making a difference. Stay engaged as we await Tuesday’s barraging session. If you are able to attend, please come.
